Recently had Central A/C installed. They were very polite, professional, and did an excellent job. They pay attention to details. Their prices are fair and they do exactly what they say they will. What more could you ask for. Would use them again and recommend them to others. Thanks to the entire staff.

Called on Memorial Day with my air not working, knee surgery the next day in 90 degree heat outside and now 85 degrees inside, NORTHERN jumped into action to schedule me the next day, ordered a part and to schedule a return visit. So very impressed with this company. From Kate in the office and the tech, Eric that helped get my air conditioning up and running truly an exceptional staff. Eric explained everything thoroughly, very professional and courteous. Can not say enough about this company!!

I called in for service and Kate was extremely kind and helpful, going the extra mile in following up with me to let me know the tech was on his way (I inadvertently missed several phone calls as I was at work). Scott was friendly, very knowledgeable, and efficient. He managed to fix my issue and save me money to boot! I highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.
